The following appeals will be heard:

  5. The owner of the property at 5886 Sutters Ln. is seeking approval for a Permission Request for an 18 ft. by 8 ft. by 4 ft. 5 in. high swim spa, located in the rear yard and at least 16 ft. from all property lines, Section 30 Kirkwood No. 2. Part of Lots 174 & 175.
  6. The owner of the property at 7005 Cathedral Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request for an 8 ft. by 8 ft. by 4 ft. high hot tub, located in the rear yard and 16 ft. from all property lines, Section 32 Birmingham Farms Subdivision No. 2 Lot 196.
  7. The owner of the property at 1921 Lone Pine Rd. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to construct a retaining wall located in the westerly rear-yard, varying in height due to grade changes, with a maximum height of 5 ft, Section 19 acreage.
  8. The owner of the property at 2228 Somerset is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Requests to install a 5 ft. high dog enclosure fence, encroaching 15 ft. into the 16 ft. northerly and southerly side yard setbacks and 24 ft. into 25 ft. westerly rear yard setback, Section 3 South Bloomfield Highlands Subdivision Lot 199.
  9. The owner of the property at 7409 St. Auburn Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request to construct a detached garage that will encroach 9 ft. into the required 16 ft. northerly side yard setback.
  10. The owner of the property at 6868 Vachon Dr. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request for a 6 ft. fence, located in the northerly side yard, easterly rear yard, and southerly side yard, Section 32 Vachon Subdivision Lot 37.
  11. The owner of the property at 154 N. Berkshire is seeking approval for a Permission Request and a Dimensional Variance Request for a 24 ft. by 24 ft. by 16 ft. 6 in. high detached garage that exceeds the 50% of ground floor area requirement by 216 sq. ft., located in the rear yard and at least 16 ft. from all property lines.
  12. The owner of the property at 203 S. Glengarry is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to construct a second-floor addition on an existing nonconforming structure that encroaches 2 ft. into the 40 ft. westerly front yard setback and 3 ft. into the 16 ft. northerly side yard setback, Section 34 Judson Bradway’s Bloomfield Village No. 5.
  13. The owner of the property at 364 Chesterfield Ave. is seeking approval for Dimensional Variance Requests to install ground mounted mechanical units not immediately adjacent to the house, and within an existing mechanical enclosure, Section 33 Berkshire Villas No. 2 Lot 57.
  14. The owner of the property at 6210 Westmoor Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and a Dimensional Variance Request for the following, Section 30 The Braes of Bloomfield Lot 10:
  15. The owner of the property at 3788 Crestlake Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request to construct a 31 ft. by 20 ft. by 13 ft. tall, detached garage, located in the rear yard and at least 16 ft. from all property lines, Section 13 Woodcrest Lakes Lot 39.
  16. The owner of the property at 1206 Cedarholm Ln. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to construct a new house on an existing foundation that encroaches 12 ft. into the 35 ft. northerly rear yard setback, Section 8 Replat of Forest Lake Country Club Estates.
  17. The owner of the property at 5560 Lane Lake Ct. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Requests for a 53 ft. 26 ft. by 22 ft. high detached garage, located in the front yard and at least 16 ft. from all property lines, Section 28 Peabody Farms Subdivision Lot 2.
