PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Charter Township of Bloomfield Planning Commission, Oakland County, Michigan, will hold a public meeting on MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the auditorium at the Bloomfield Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. At the meeting, the Planning Commission will consider an amended site plan that includes covered rear patios as part of the 35-unit, one-family residential cluster housing development and make a recommendation to the Township Board. If you would like to submit a public comment, please do so by email at PC-publiccomment@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov or by mail to the Bloomfield Township’s Planning, Building and Ordinance Department, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield, MI 48302. The Township Board of Trustees will consider the site plan proposal upon receiving a recommendation from the Planning Commission.
