NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Bloomfield Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road, to consider a site plan application for the Hamlet of Bloomfield Manor, a 7.15 acre development under the Open Space Preservation Option of the Zoning Ordinance (Section 42-3.9), consisting of six (6) single-family homes with frontage along W. Big Beaver Rd. to the north and Manor Rd. to the south. The Township Board of Trustees will consider the site plan proposal upon receiving a recommendation from the Planning Commission.
