- Presentation Concerning Recent Updates to the Marketable Record Title Act and its Impact on Township Residents – Presented by Assessors Kristi Thompson and Collin Wagaman - PRESENTED
- The updates clarify protections and title certainty for property owners and associations by extinguishing outdated claims. The amendments aim to enhance the consistency and accuracy of public land records.
- Consider Appointment of New Member to the Planning Commission – Presented by Supervisor Mike McCready - APPROVED
- The Board reached a consensus to appoint Jake Olsman to the Planning Commission.
- Consider Approval of Recommendation for Award of the Water & Sewer Control System Upgrade Project – Presented by Public Works Superintendent Paul Horen - APPROVED
- The Board approved awarding the Water and Sewer Control System Upgrade Project to HRC Innovated Energy Controls following a competitive bidding process. The upgrade will replace outdated equipment across nine sewer pump stations, innovate energy controls, and is expected to cause no disruption to residents.
