    Police Chief James Gallagher announced the promotion of Mike Buczek to the rank of Police Captain. PRESENTED
  5. Police Department 2025 Annual Report – Presented by Police Chief James Gallagher 
    Police Chief James Gallagher presented the 2025 annual police report, which discussed topics concerning 
    staffing and recruitment, call volume and crime data, dispatch operations, special units and partnerships, 
    and community engagement for 2025.  PRESENTED 
  6. Continue Discussion of Solutions to Address Police Department Present and Future Space Needs 
    1. Presented by Police Chief James Gallagher 
      Police Chief James Gallagher continued the discussion concerning space needs for police infrastructure.
    2. Treasurer Schostak presented two-space solution proposals: Proposal #1, described as more comprehensive, providing better space utilization, and best suited to eliminate unknown maintenance and repairs; and Proposal #2, simpler, keeping Police and Training together, but leaves current township hall at only 60% occupancy, with unpredictable repair costs. PRESENTED 
  7. Presentation of Absentee Ballot Process – Presented by Clerk Martin Brook 
     Clerk Martin Brook presented on the absentee ballot process, addressing questions related to the current election cycle, ballot handling and security, voting rules and counting, and voter correspondence. PRESENTED

3. Consider Approval of Traffic Control Resolution for Hickory Grove Road  
Police Chief Gallagher presented a resolution for the Road Commission of Oakland County to place traffic control signs on Hickory Grove Rd. APPROVED

4. Discuss Township’s Strong Financial Position and S&P’s Reaffirmation of the Township’s AAA Bond  Rating Treasurer Michael Schostak presented on the Township’s financial position, and UHY discussed their audit reports. DISCUSSED 

5. Continue Discussion of Solutions to Address Police Department Present and Future Space Needs 
Treasurer Michael Schostak provided bond estimates to address the space needed on Township Campus, particularly the Police Department. DISCUSSED
