The Bloomfield Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following ordinance amendments at their regularly scheduled meeting on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road.
TEXT AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE
SECTION 42-3.1.11 RESEARCH PARK AND 42-4.29 BANQUET HALLS
Ordinance No. 696 TO AMEND ARTICLE 3.0 ZONING DISTRICTS AND ARTICLE 4.0 USE Standards IN CHAPTER 42, ZONING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD TO ALLOW FOR BANQUET HALLS IN THE RESEARCH PARK ZONING DISTRICT as a Special Land Use.
