PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT at the request of the applicant, the Charter Township of Bloomfield Planning Commission, Oakland County, Michigan, has RESCHEDULED the public meeting for the Enclave Development from Monday, October 19, 2026, to WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the auditorium at the Bloomfield Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. At the meeting, the Planning Commission will consider an amended site plan that includes covered rear patios as part of the 35-unit, one-family residential cluster housing development and make a recommendation to the Township Board. If you would like to submit a public comment, please do so by email at PC-publiccomment@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov or by mail to the Bloomfield Township’s Planning, Building and Ordinance Department, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield, MI 48302. The Township Board of Trustees will consider the amended site plan proposal upon receiving a recommendation from the Planning Commission.
