Annual Report

During the past year our fire department was able to achieve several of our goals that would improve the level of service provided to the community, create operational efficiency and revenue through cost recovery. The service improvement was accomplished with the start of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transporting, upgrading a fire engine to Advanced Life Support (ALS) status, and the acquisition of Federal grant money to purchase state-of-the-art EMS equipment. These service improvements came at no additional expense to the community as our department restructured our operational platform and procedures to achieve these enhancements.
