Dub Request Form

You may purchase DVD or VHS copies ("dubs") of all programs produced at BCTV. Use the following form to submit your request for a dub. Allow five to 10 business days for the dub to be processed. It can be mailed to you or you may pick it up at the studio.

If you have a program that has already been produced and you would like it to air on Channel 15 in Bloomfield Township and Bloomfield Hills and Channel 18 in Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms and Franklin, please complete this form and submit it with your tape.

Program Development Proposal Form

All of the programs that are shown on BCTV 15 in Bloomfield Township and Bloomfield Hills and PA 18 in Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms and Franklin are brought to BCTV by individuals or organizations in the communities. If you have an idea for a program and are interested in developing it with us, please fill out the Program Development Proposal and send it to BCTV. We will contact you and have you work with our Program Development Committee to make your idea become a reality.
