Bloomfield Township's Woodward Dream Cruise Classic Car Show

Situated just north of the congestion during the Woodward Dream Cruise Aug. 16, the annual Bloomfield Township Classic car show and community party is the perfect destination for people looking for a relaxing and entertaining venue from which to watch all the action. Admission is free and open to the public.

Now in its fourth year, the Classic runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills on Woodward just south of Big Beaver. The Classic boasts an eclectic mix of special interest cars, great food, entertainment and perfect viewing for some of the best action along the famed avenue.

Proceeds from car registrations, parking and sponsorships all go to help fund the programs of three local charities: The Bloomfield Township Fire Dept. Charities, The Bloomfield Hills Optimists and Oakland Family Services.

Spots are still available for owners of pre-1972 classic or specialty cars looking to be part of the Classic. A two-tiered entry system has been added this year. For $100 vehicle owners can register their cars and receive an official event polo shirt or they can pay $75 without the shirt.

This car show, party and charity event was started by a group of Township car enthusiasts looking to involve their neighbors in the largest one-day classic auto event in the world.
