Design Review Board

The Design Review Board reviews and approves any exterior design changes, signage, site improvements, or erection, construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure prior to the issuance of a sign or building permit, or as part of the site plan review process.

Meetings are held at the Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road. In the event a meeting date needs to be changed or is cancelled, the Board members will be notified along with the applicants and a notice will be posted at Township Hall.

Due to the adoption of Ordinance 632, the Design Review Board's meeting schedule has been revised effective August 22, 2011.
