Design Review Board

The Design Review Board reviews and approves any exterior design changes, signage, site improvements, or erection, construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure prior to the issuance of a sign or building permit, or as part of the site plan review process.

Meeting Schedule

Minutes and agendas are posted on Minutes on Demand which can be accessed from the Public Meetings page.

Meetings are held at the Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM. In the event a meeting date needs to be changed or is cancelled, the Board members will be notified along with the applicants and a notice will be posted at Township Hall.

Due to the adoption of Ordinance 42-6.4, the Design Review Board's meeting schedule has been revised effective August 22, 2011.
