The following Subdivision Association Questionnaire is intended for association presidents.
It has been a longstanding policy of the Township to notify the association president of any application coming before the Zoning Board of Appeals or Planning Commission that may be related to the subdivision. The Township suggests that you become familiar with the subdivision deeds, conditions, and restrictions, if applicable, prior to applying for a building permit and/or seeking a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals. While the Township will support the association as much as possible, deed restrictions are privately regulated and enforced by your subdivision association, not the Township.
We are always pleased to discuss any concerns regarding the subdivision or the Township with association officers. Homeowner associations are also welcome to schedule association meetings in the Township auditorium, at no cost, most any evening excluding Mondays and Tuesdays. For reservations, call 248.433.7702.
