Explanation and Example

The amount in the CHANGE column does NOT reflect the change in tax dollars for 2013. The CHANGE column is simply the difference between the 2012 values and the 2013 values.

Note the statement: This change in taxable value will increase/decrease your 2013 tax bill by approximately: Following this statement the estimated increase or decrease in your 2013 tax bill will be estimated. This estimate excludes any significant change in the millage/tax rates.
