Thorncrest Subdivision and Thorncrest No. 1 Subdivision

The homeowners in the Thorncrest Subdivision and Thorncrest No. 1 Subdivision, in Section 28, petitioned the Township to create a special assessment district to repave their roads that include Thorncrest Drive, Blackhorn Court and Ramshead Court. The paving project is being managed by the Road Commission for Oakland County and will begin in the summer of 2013.

Knob Hill Subdivision, Knob Hill No. 2 Subdivision, Knob Hill No. 3 Subdivision and Forman Orchards Subdivision

The homeowners in the Knob Hill Subdivision, Knob Hill No. 2 Subdivision, Knob Hill No. 3 Subdivision and Forman Orchards Subdivision, in Section 19, petitioned the Township to create a special assessment district to repave their roads that include Van Ness Drive, Van Ness Court, Mark Hopkins Road, Hoit Tower Drive, Clarendon Crest Court, Fairmount Hill Court, and Nob Hill Court. The paving project is being managed by the Road Commission for Oakland County and will begin in the summer of 2013.
