Ordinances

Two types of ordinances govern Bloomfield Township: General and Zoning.

• General Ordinance includes all laws set forth by Bloomfield Township as it applies to a variety of residential, commercial, environmental, public works, building and many other situations.
• Zoning Ordinance applies to a variety of land use and development, each having its own set of standards and requirements.
